Seeing In A Different Context

January 5, 2012

Channelside 2 - Digital Collage from Two Original Paintings

Have you ever just combined images of two of your original artworks? If not, maybe you should. You never know what surprises might result.

The above is a digital image combining two of my paintings.

Here is another one.

Arabesque/Artifact, Digital Collage

It’s so much fun to see things in a different context.

What a great idea. I’ll give that a go later today if I have time, just for fun and to see if I can do it.

    Yours look great.

    Hi Martha,

These combo’s are beautiful! I do that a lot with my pictures: (details of) journal pages, art quilts, collage. There seems to be no end at the possibilities and the results are mostly stunning. Aren’t we lucky being able to use all these tools?
    Wishing you a happy weekend,
    Regina
