Passageways II, Collage 5 x 7″

This is the second of my new Passageways series of collages. These may serve as studies for larger scale works, but I feel that they work well on their own. They offer any number of smaller compositions as well. For example:

    Beautiful colour blends and work well smaller too. And I could see it working larger. They remind me of lovely soft furnishings – did you have something like that in mind?

    The sandy colors make them come alive, they remind me of sunshine in a desert more than even a photograph could; and still, they are abstract. I find this extremely fascinating.

      Thank you, Eva. That’s interesting! Sunshine in a desert. Maybe I’m influenced by our Alabama clay too.
