Hard Candy
April 27, 2009
“Hard Candy” – Acrylic on Panel, 8 x 8 x 2″
I saved this one to show you while I’m away. It’s one of the new series I’ve been working on. This one will be hanging in one room of the gallery with all of the other brightly-colored ones.
It was a gorgeous day in Philadelphia today, but it got very hot later in the day for this time of year — 90 degrees! But this morning was breezy and pleasant, and we walked about 15 blocks with the baby in the stroller to have brunch at an outside table at a great little bistro. The baby was a perfect angel the whole time. After a bloody Mary and the long hot walk back, I was ready for a great Sunday nap.
I hope you have a great creative beginning for your week.

Thanks, Joyce! I can imagine decorating one of your parties with these!
Looks like noodles in tomato sauce…
Yes it does, Eva! It will clear some more over the next few days — then it will look more candy like.
Sweet to the max. Your break get away sounds delightful too.
